Corporate Social Responsibility | Pak Bharoka

Doing well means doing right by people.

At Pak Bharoka, social responsibility starts with the people who make our garments and extends to the community around us.

A garment is only as good as the hands that make it.

Pak Bharoka is a manufacturer first, but we see ourselves as part of a community too. Our team of more than 200 workers is the reason our customers receive quality products on time, and we believe that effort deserves real care in return.

That is why our social responsibility work has two sides. Inside the factory, we look after the daily needs of our people: how they travel, what they eat, how they rest and how they celebrate. Outside it, we give back through Naiki Foundation, with regular monthly donations for people who need support.

Giving back through Naiki Foundation.

Naiki Foundation is how Pak Bharoka supports people in need. Our giving is steady and planned, so help reaches families month after month.

Every order we make helps us give a little more.

Monthly Donations

A regular contribution goes to Naiki Foundation every month, because need does not wait for a good season.

  • Given every month, not only on occasions
  • Directed through Naiki Foundation
  • Part of how we run the business

How our giving stays steady.

Good intentions are easy. Keeping them going every month takes a simple routine we stick to.

  1. We set it aside

A monthly donation is planned as part of our regular business routine, so it is never left to chance or to a busy week.

  2. We give through Naiki Foundation

The contribution goes to Naiki Foundation, which works to support people and families in need.

  3. We keep going

The next month, we do it again. Steady giving helps more than a single big gesture that is never repeated.

A good day starts with how we treat our team.

From the ride in to the yearly trip, these are the things our workers can count on.

  1. Before the shift

    Transportation

Getting to work should not be a worry. For many workers the commute is the hardest part of the day, so we help our team reach the factory safely and on time, and get home the same way.

A calmer start to the day means better focus on the floor, fewer late arrivals and a team that begins each shift ready to work.

    • Safe, reliable travel to and from work
    • Less time and money spent on the daily commute
    • Fewer delays, so production starts on time
    • One less thing for workers and their families to worry about
  2. At the break

    Food & Perks

A proper meal and small extras make a long day easier, and show our team they are valued. Nobody works well on an empty stomach, and a thoughtful gesture often means more than people expect.

Beyond meals, we offer perks that recognise hard work and good attendance, because appreciation should be something workers can feel, not just hear.

    • Food for our workers during the working day
    • Perks that recognise effort and commitment
    • Small extras on special days and occasions
    • A workplace where people feel looked after
  3. Away from the machines

    Recreational Activities

Time together outside of work builds a stronger, happier team, and a better place to work. When people laugh and play together, they also work together better.

We organise recreational activities so that workers from every department can meet, relax and enjoy themselves as one family, not only as colleagues on a production line.

    • Games and sports for the team
    • Get-togethers and celebrations
    • A chance to relax, connect and recharge
    • Stronger bonds between departments
  4. Once a year

    Annual Tours

Every year the Pak Bharoka family takes a break together, to see new places and enjoy each other's company. It is our way of saying thank you for a full year of hard work.

For many of our workers, the annual tour is a chance to travel and enjoy time with colleagues away from the factory, and it is a day many look forward to all year.

    • A yearly trip for the team
    • A thank-you for a year of effort
    • Time to explore, relax and bond
    • Memories that outlast the season

Why it matters to our buyers too.

A team that is looked after makes better garments. That is good for the people, and good for the brands we make for.

People first

Our workers are the heart of every order. We invest in their comfort and wellbeing.

A responsible partner

Working with us means working with a manufacturer that takes its duty to people seriously.

Community minded

Through Naiki Foundation, our success reaches beyond the factory gates.

Better work, better results

When people are rested, fed and respected, mistakes go down and pride in the work goes up. You see it in the finish of every garment.

Long-term thinking

We want partnerships that last, with customers and with our own team. Caring for people is part of how we build that trust.

Make apparel with a team that is cared for.

Tell us what you want to manufacture and we will take it from there.
